This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

We’ve already discounted the price to reflect this, and while we can’t offer refunds due to noise, we’re happy to help you find a quieter home if needed. You have 24 hours after booking to cancel for a full refund. We hope you'll still enjoy the stunning views, ocean air, and everything beautiful Aptos has to offer.
- Because of the natural surroundings and HOA guidelines limiting routine pest control, you might occasionally see ants during your stay. We’ve placed traps around the home as a precaution, but if you notice them becoming a nuisance, just let us know — we’ll be happy to provide additional support during your stay!
- The share pool in the complex is comfortably heated (approx. 82-84 degrees) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months. Outside of this period, it’s unheated, but still open for those who love a brisk dip!
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
