We marked our home as party OK, but we require our guests to maintain a low noise policy outside, if you want to play music, it’s not a problem, just keep the windows closed, do not yell outside, especially after 10 pm. Please, be mindful of our neighbors. Also no smoking inside, and pick up your cigarette butts after smoking. Other than that, we have nothing against you having a good time. Luxurious space in one of ATX best locations! Our property is located within 5-10 min of many attractions such as 6th street, Rainy street, Convention Center (SXSW), UT, food trucks and much more. The home is also conveniently located within walking distance from grocery stores, cafes, banks, parks, etc. The main highway is just two blocks away which allows for easy travel through our city. Newly remodeled, well-equipped property with all memory foam mattresses, pillows, king-size beds, worm toilet seats with bidets, and hotel-quality bedding/towels. This house is full three bedrooms, three bathrooms property. Three king-size beds, three queen-size beds, two queen-size futons and a queen-size extra mattress just in case are in the house. We offer the main house for our guests as a whole. No common rooms, bathrooms or any other parts of the house. We also have a guest house, which is a completely separate property on the backyard. Our daughter Caroline resides there. Guest house and the backyard is OFF LIMITS for our guests. The home is an open floor plan which allows for groups to have a great time while conversing in our large kitchen, dining, and living-room area. Enjoy a nice evening while cozying up to our beautiful fireplace. The whole property is newly renovated which creates a clean, modern yet texas vibe.
