This is a top floor apartment, and there is another basement apartment beneath it where the hosts, Riley and Caro, live. Each apartment has its own private entrance, so tenants can come and go without running into one another. (You do have full access to the backyard during your rental, but you might see us entering and leaving our apartment during your stay. Feel free to say hello!) There is a door in the upper apartment that leads to a stairwell that connects the two apartments. This door is lockable from both sides (it should be pre-locked upon your arrival) for ease of mind.
We do own a dog named Cowboy. We keep him leashed on walks, and don't let him run free in the backyard if there are tenants upstairs.
The house is on a relatively busy street in Belmont. You shouldn't hear any noise inside the house, but important information if you're bringing children or a dog!
