You are sure to be taken aback by this gorgeous waterfront palace the moment you step inside. 2113's open floor plan is not only very spacious but it enjoys lovely chic beach decor decked with cool blues and soothing neutrals. Cooking will be pure pleasure in the large kitchen with granite counters with stainless steel appliances and sleep will be blissful in the cozy bedrooms. Additionally, a relaxing atmosphere will be automatic when you find yourself seated on the balcony overlooking the amazing pool deck and Redfish Lake. Hours of fun in the sun await you and your loved ones either on the amazing pool deck or on the shores of the Gulf which March through October are accessible via a ferry across Redfish Lake where you will find seasonally provided beach service. Or simply relaxing in the master bathrooms Jacuzzi bathtub with a book is a fantastic way to unwind. On the other hand, a lot of exciting shops, restaurants and even art galleries sit just beyond Sanctuary’s gates. Head about five to ten minutes in the car along 30A and you'll find yourself at the charming Gulfplace town center, the artsy village of Grayton Beach or the edenic community of Watercolor. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
