This custom 4 bedroom home was completed in 2017. It is on Eucalyptus street, the best street in Avalon because there are no golf carts allowed. Children play in the street and residents have barbecues and eat outside. The home has full width cantina doors opening to a porch with a porch swing. The Kitchen has a wolf range, subway tile and beautiful counter tops. There is one master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a whimsical bunk room with four accessible bunks.
