Just completed in 2023, Bica Bungalow is a stunning private cottage directly on world-famous French Leave Beach, the most sought-after location on Eleuthera.
Inside, Bica has a master suite furnished with a king bed that faces the sea through a large picture window and a pair of sliding glass doors.
The spacious great room also has ocean views throughout. The kitchen, finished in quartz and stainless steel, is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and flatware.
The great room opens onto a large oceanfront porch furnished for lounging and dining. Walk across the yard and down a short path and you are on French Leave Beach, a mile-long crescent of pink sand with famously protected water.
