BEACH ACCESS
1. White's Gulfview- Private Beach Access at the end of Clareon Dr across Hwy 30A. Gate code found in Welcome Guide. Golf cart parking is available.
2. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive, just a 3 minute bike ride from the home. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bike parking is available at the access.
3. Gulf Lakes Access is a South Walton County beach access (.9 mile west of the home). Small access that can be easily missed. Access is an easy bike ride from the home. Halfway down the boardwalk there is a bike rack and shower but no car parking. The dune walkover sits on a high bluff overlooking the gulf.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Capacity for 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
*Towels and other clothing may not be hung from balcony railings.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie".
