House Rules
🚫 Quiet hours: 10PM - 7 AM (DC Noise Ordinance)
👶Adult supervision of children on the property at ALL times, indoor and outdoor, especially around the rooftop deck, fire pit, and jacuzzi
• No parties, events, or gatherings (If evidence is detected, will result in cancellation without refund, fine of $1500 and dispatch our local security team to escort guest off the premises)
• No extra or overnight guests (Unauthorized guest stays will result in cancellation with refund)
• No smoking of any kind indoors and outside on the rooftop, patio or around the premise ($1,500 fee if any signs is detected)
• 🐾 No Pet. Any violation of this rule will result in a $750 penalty per pet, per night, a double cleaning fee, and additional charges for any deep cleaning etc. required due to damage or soiling caused by the pet.
• No unplugging of TV, coffee machine and lamps
• No rearranging furniture
• No pre-checking bag storage
🌡️ Keep AC above 68°F – setting it lower can damage the AC unit
👞 We have a shoe cabinet for your convenience near the door
🔌 Unplug curling irons and etc when leaving the house
❌No food and drinks allowed on couch and in bedrooms
🚗 2 hrs visitor parking. Look for designated signs across the street and around the corner from 7am-midnight; free from midnight-7am. Parking is lightly enforced, but park at your own risk and observe all street signs.
📦 No deliveries or mail to the property
❌Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. A plumber fee of $500 will be applied if one needs to be called.

•Supervision Required: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No infants or toddlers allowed in the hot tub
•Time Limit: Limit soaking time to 15-20 minutes. Prolonged use can lead to dizziness or overheating.
•No Glass: Do not bring glass containers near or in the hot tub
•Quiet Hours: Hot tub use is not allowed after 10 PM to respect neighborhood noise ordinances.
•Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. A cleaning/damage fee may be charged if the hot tub is left dirty or misused

•Use at Your Own Risk: Guests assume all responsibility for their safety and of others in their party when using the rooftop, spiral staircase and fire pit. Please be aware of the surrroundings all all time
•Adult Supervision Required: Children must be supervised at all time. The fire pit is only for adults use only. Never leave fire unattended and turn propane completely off after each use
• Fire Pit is for outdoor use only. Do not move or place under any structure, or near flammable materials. If you smell gas or suspect a leak, turn off and immediately notify us
•Outdoor Steep Spiral Staircase. All guests should always use caution and use handrail when accessing the rooftop. Use extreme caution and avoid during slippery, wet, icy or snowy weather
•Only individuals who are able to climb 49 step stairs safely should use the spiral staircase to access to rooftop.

This home is privately owned and not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
