Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental property! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect place for your next getaway.
Located in Dagsboro in the Blackwater Village Community, this property offers great comfort in a secluded area, and you don’t have to travel far for the beach. This home is just a short drive from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, shopping, award-winning restaurants, grocery stores and more.
Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and substantial space for your whole group to relax. The driveway can fit a boat and guests have access to a ramp in the Holt’s Landing State Park that is very close by. Close to the property is also a dock where guests can fish from.
Each of our 5 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features three en suite units. The first floor has two primary suites with a queen bed in one and a king bed in the other. Both bedrooms have a bathroom attached with a shower in one and a shower/tub in the other. The living room is also on the first floor and comes with a large-screen TV. On the second floor, the third primary suite comes with a queen bed large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with another set of washer/dryer and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom comes with a king bed and the fifth bedroom comes with a pyramid bunk, a double, and a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The second floor also has a daybed as you come up the stairs.
Outside, you'll find a spacious patio with seating for the whole group. There is also a gas grill for guests to use.

Linens are mandated at this property, for new reservations as of 6/15/2023. Linens include sheets for beds and bath towel sets which include a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. You would get as many bath towel sets as the property sleep cap.
