Fantastic flat in bustling Brixton! Located within a 5 minute walk from Brixton underground, this flat is in a fantastic location. Complete with fresh hotel quality linen, towels, toiletries, WiFi and more, this home is perfect for your long or short stay in London for up to 6 guests. The Space: Welcome to our home and welcome to London! This fantastic flat is located in the heart of Brixton, only a 5 minute walk from Brixton underground. Located up a flight of stairs, the flat has a large kitchen with all the mod cons you would expect and leads onto a comfortable living area, with a large TV and desk space. There are two double bedrooms in the flat, as well as a small double sofa bed, perfect for up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have ample storage for your stay and will come complete with hotel quality linen. The bathroom sits between the bedrooms, with a large shower, and will be filled with towels and all the toiletries you'll need to help you feel at home for your long or short stay! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The home is located in a great location, in bustling, buzzy Brixton. If you want to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the Tesco superstore within a 5 minute walk. If you're looking for a drink or to eat out, there are numerous restaurants, pubs and bars very close to the flat. We would particularly recommend Brixton Market, Market Row and the Trinity Arms. From the property, you might also enjoy visiting nearby Clapham High Street, or Brockwell park, both a 15 minute walk away. Getting Around: The property is well situated to get you around London. By tube, Brixton underground (Victoria line) is a 5 minute walk away. Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. Other Things to Note: The sofa bed in the living room is a small double. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please note, the cleaning fee covers personal check in, hotel quality linen and towels and cleaning.
