Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!
**This is a studio with a comfortable small double bed/small kitchen/desk and bathroom. It is a clean and cosy space for commuters but please note, as advertised, it does not have a separate bedroom which our pricing reflects. The parking is also street parking which is plentiful. We also have a very happy Cavapoo dog who you may see within the shared garden, he is super friendly**
The bathroom offers a shower and toilet/sink with complimentary shampoo/body wash. The kitchen area offers a microwave-oven so meals for one or pizzas are easy to achieve but we also have a hot plate if you fancy a stir fry or pasta! Alternatively the studio is a two minute walk from the local Indian restaurant or two fabulous pubs are still also a very short walk away. Takeaway service is also offered at the Chinese and Indian in the village.
*please note there is not a conventional gas/electric oven, only the microwave oven which can be used as a mini oven to cook pizzas etc and heat food.
The studio sits with the grounds of our private back garden. We are on hand if there`s anything you may need but are happy to leave you to it! Please note we do have two children and a Cavapoo dog who may play in the garden after school or over the weekend however the garden is rarely used from 6pm (only to let the dog out). Please feel free to use the decking space outside the studio. If you wanted to sit on the decking outside our Cavapoo may say hello (he is very friendly).
The space is strictly for one person.

5 minute walk to the village high street, pubs, restaurants, cafe and co-op. Ideally suited for visiting Cambridge and/or the surrounding areas. Plenty of street parking and just 5 minutes to Chilford Hall Winery, 15 minutes to Addenbrooks Hospital, 20 minutes to central Cambridge, 15 minutes to the lovely market town of Saffron Walden, 10 minutes to Haverhill, 20 minutes to racing at Newmarket and just 15 minutes to Duxford and the Imperial War Museum.
