Come experience everything Lake Hamilton has to offer at this high-end, fully remodeled home complete with a covered boat dock for your water toys and large outdoor living areas! This 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath has been thoughtfully designed with your needs in mind and features all new linens, bedding, appliances, furniture and more!
Once you enter this property you will be immediately greeted with floor to ceiling windows showcasing expansive views of lake Hamilton in the open concept floor plan consisting of main living area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, sun room, and dining area- with enough seating to comfortably host 12 people ( Perfect for thanksgiving and Christmas.)
All bedrooms are located on this main floor; the "bunk house" bedroom has two over-sized bunk beds with full sized mattresses making it perfect for kids or adults, The "Fish wallpaper" bedroom consists of two queen sized beds with patio access and lake views, The "I love the 80s" bedroom has a king sized bed with attached bathroom, and the primary bedroom has a large king bed with attached private bathroom- The primary bedroom also has outdoor access to the large covered patio.
Downstairs you will find our amazing game room that also houses the second full kitchen, second living area and full bathroom. From this level, you can walk outside to another large covered entertaining space and to boat slip and sunbathing deck.
*Please note Lake Hamilton has an annual draw down from November 1st-March 15th. During this time, lake levels are lowered 3-6 feet, and our boat slip will not be accessible by boat, however you will still have expansive lake views.
*Fireplaces are not operational.
*Although we have a double boat slip, we keep our boat docked in one of the slips, and you will have access to the other slip for use during your stay.
