It's location is ideal, situated only a few blocks from Channel Islands Marina so you can walk to the Sunday Farmer's Market and restaurants. Totaling over 1700 square feet of stylish split level living.
On the main floor there is the master suite (Cal King) with ocean views from the moment you wake up in the morning. The double height ceilings in the living room w/skylights create beautiful light all day. There is a front ocean facing porch for lounging off of the living room. The dining area and kitchen separate the master from the 2nd bedroom (2 Twins) near the beautifully remodeled hall bathroom.
Off of the kitchen there is a large rear deck, gas BBQ, big comfy reclining chairs and seating for 10 around a teak table. Upstairs there is a loft lounge, small private sunning deck and 3rd bedroom (Cal King)
Secure development, easy parking, swimming pools, hot tubs, gym, racquet ball, tennis & pickle ball!!
