Additional ground floor facilities include a library / office with luxury seating, solid desk and TV plus a stunning pool view and a bathroom complete with handmade vanity and new shower, along with a separate exit to the back yard. There is also a half bath/ powder room with designer wall paper. Rounding out lower level living is the three-car garage.
UPSTAIRS: Take a stroll up the beautiful staircase to see a decorated landing with contemplation bench amidst a family photo gallery. First door leads to the Black & Gold bedroom with a king sized bed utilizing a sleep number mattress with separate controls for each side of the bed, covered in luxurious linens and multiple pillows. The room also comes with an Apple TV, a small desk and two chairs, matching nightstands and blackout curtains. The en-suite’s gorgeous black and white marble tiles are only upstaged by the black and gold double vanity, plus a stand alone bathtub and separate shower with luxury toiletries.
The second door off the landing ushers guests into the upstairs living and dining area - includes mini fridge, microwave, tea kettle and toaster.

Off the living room there is access to two bedrooms: first is the Bunk Bed Room with a double mattress down below and a twin mattress up top.
(There is no en-suite for this bedroom but there is a door into the black and gold bathroom plus there is an extra full bathroom with shower downstairs next to the office.) Looking out towards the front of the house off the upstairs living room is the Blue Bedroom and Blue Bathroom. The king bed with luxurious linens utilizes a sleep number mattress and is covered with multiple pillows.
