This gorgeous, newly remodeled home is located in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood one mile from St. Francis Hospital. The home has 3 bedrooms, one of them a master suite with a brand-new bathroom, and a guest bathroom that is also remodeled. Each bedroom has a TV with cable, beds to accommodate at least two, and large closets for storage during your stay. There is a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the middle room, and a twin-on-full bunk bed in the smaller bedroom. All the comfy bedding is provided along with plenty of towels and new front-loading washer and dryer for laundry. The living spaces include two living rooms with sitting areas, one with a sofa couch. The back living area includes a large TV with DirectTV. The kitchen includes an eat-in kitchen and a dining area. It is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparation of meals during each stay including new stainless-steel appliances. The eat-in kitchen includes a table that opens up to seat 8 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. There is a patio off one living room for that morning coffee. The patio then opens up to a large driveway with a gate and two-car garage at the back of the home for security. There is also a propane grill and a security system.
