This is a two bedroom two full bath condo conveniently located right across the street from Thomas Jefferson Hospital and University.
The unit is on the second floor of the building. The first floor features the living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor is a loft area that features a king size bed and full bathroom.
Located steps away from Jefferson Hospital and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shopping, you cannot beat this midtown / center city location. The cross streets are 10th and Locust. You are steps away from some of the best eating, drinking, and shopping in the city and only two blocks to the subway and public transportation.

-Parking in this area can be tricky, please read all signage carefully. Plan to look for parking for 20-30 minutes during peak hours
-Dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $150 per pet

We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
