Lovely well maintained Avalon retreat with loads of room for everyone to stay and enjoy all the amenities the Island has to offer during your summer vacation. The home is located just 1.5 short blocks to the beach and a short walk to Avalon's restaurants and shopping district! A screened in porch provides the perfect area to relax during those warm summer nights. There is also a comfortable living room and dining room for everyone to gather for meals or game night, while grassy back yard has enough room for kids to run around and play. There are six bedrooms including an upstairs master bedroom suite with private bathroom. The second floor not only features the Master with a king size bed, but also a set of bunk beds (one bunk bed is a single bed over a single bed, one bunk bed is a pyramid double bed over a single bed) in the landing area, as well as two cheerful bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom sports two twin size beds while the other double bunk beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a pedestal tub. The two first floor bedrooms each have a full size bed and share a renovated bathroom with shower stall. The partially finished basement holds a sleeping/sitting room with a twin size bed, sofa, and TV. It is also where the washer/dryer is located as well as a ping pong table! The driveway on the property is for the use of the rear apartment only.
