Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located in a 5 star community, The Hideout. This newly renovated home facing a private lake is perfect for family vacations, relaxing, working from home, kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the many amenities that the community provides. The community features 2 pools and a kiddie pool, 2 beaches, golf course, exercise room, bar on the beach, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, game room and so much more.
The house was completely renovated in June 2022.
First floor is a walk-in level that contains a family room with a fire place with a pullout queen sofa , brand new washer/dryer and sliding doors to an outdoor porch overlooking the lake.
Second floor features a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, living room with view of the lake and with access to a netted porch overlooking the lake. Finally, an additional porch connected to the jetted porch with a gas grill.
3rd floor has a master room overlooking the lake and a skylight over the bed (includes shade for restful sleep), additional bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom.
Outside features a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows while looking at the breathtaking sunset over the lake.
Please note the house is located on a private lake. There is no swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating allowed in this specific lake.
Closest pool is located across the street with a playground and closest beach (North beach) is a 3 minute drive.
