The living room features a large TV, stereo system, and even a poker table, making it the perfect space for family game nights or friendly competitions.
Ideal for multiple families or groups, the home offers four private bedrooms. On the main level, you'll find two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private access to the deck. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed—along with a third full bathroom. Upstairs, the cozy loft serves as a fifth bedroom, complete with a bunk bed featuring a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a single on top, making it perfect for kids. The loft also includes a foosball table and a VCR player with a collection of classic VHS tapes for added entertainment.
The deck is the home's most popular spot, offering ample space for dining and lounging. It’s equipped with a BBQ for grilling and a fire pit with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene outdoor setting.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
