The Villa is located on the West Bay Street - directly on the north side with probably the most beautiful beaches on the whole island. Because of the surrinding private villas, the beach is nearly private and only 3 steps away from the patio area.
The main floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, it is an open concept, the family room, dining room, and kitchen all have huge windows overlooking the waves and views. The 20ft Patio doors can be opened completely and transforming the living room and the pool area into a large open space. The master bedroom (king bed) overlooks the blue Ocean and there are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor, both with queen beds and one bedroom beside the living room and kitchen. All Bedrooms have attached bathrooms and direct ocean view.

The kitchen opens out onto the large open dining room and the down-filled-white-couched TV room. The doors of the dining and TV room collapse all the way back so that the entire water-side of the villa is wide open to the ocean and beach. The wide verandah has a lovely living area with plush couches and an additional dining table for sea-view dining.
Additional to the inside, the Patio has a large BBQ Station and the outdoor sitting area beside the pool surrounded by Palm trees and Bahamian Seagrapes.
To reach the Villa is only a 6 Minute ride from the Nassau International Airport
(Lynden Pindling International Airport) and important to mention, not in the flight zone for regular airplanes.
