Welcome to beach paradise Sterling Breeze 302! This beautifully decorated condo is our family’s second home and have been meticulously maintained. We are sharing it for the first time so that you can enjoy the crystal-clear ocean water as immensely as we do. Sterling Breeze is a boutique high end condo with limited units that is in contrast to large crowded condos. It has heated resort pool, hot tub and wine bar. The condo receptionist and ground staff are super friendly and helpful.
Our unit is on desirable 3rd floor where you can easily walk up and down stairs without frustration of waiting for an elevator. It features large open living space with kitchen, dining and living room all gulf facing - soak in the breathtaking view every moment! What's more, a large balcony where you can watch the sunset melt into the emerald water while sipping your favorite glass of wine…
For a change of scenery, walk or drive a short 0.5 mile to the premier shopping, dining and entertainment open-air complex, Pier Park. This 1.1 million square foot mecca has it all. What’s more, the famous Dusty’s Oyster Bar is right across the street from our condo. PCB offers so many other family-fun experiences. Watch the sunset over the coast in a private helicopter tour. Ride the Sea Screamer where you can watch dolphins up close.
Our condo features in-unit washer and dryer and free WiFi. There are two bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen size bed, respectively. Additionally, there is one bunker room with 2 twin beds. The living room sofa does not have pull out bed. Max number of guests for our unit is 6 people including children.
