Your family will LOVE this Beach Lover’s Paradise located in the Heart of North Myrtle Beach. This beautifully decorated home features 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining area, a wonderful front porch for outdoor dining and entertaining, and a spacious fenced in backyard for your family to enjoy while on vacation. You will admire the landscapes surrounding the home from the living room which encompasses high ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows across the front. You can sneak a peek of the ocean in the distance while relaxing inside or along the front porch. The living room has plenty of sitting areas for all your guests, and there is a large flat screen tv mounted on the wall for everyone’s viewing pleasure. Off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and an eat in island bar area for dining. The bedrooms are set up with a split bedroom plan. There is a bedroom with a queen bed once you enter the home from the side with a bathroom located across the hallway featuring a tub/shower combination. On the other side of the home, you will find two bedrooms with a bathroom located along that hallway in between the rooms. The second bedroom is set up with bunk beds with a twin over a full bed, and the third bedroom features a queen bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. The bathroom on this side of the home has a shower and larger vanity area. Off the kitchen, you will find a laundry/storage room with a stackable washer/dryer which makes it easy to do laundry while on vacation versus taking it all home or having to visit a laundromat.
The BEST part about this home is the location to the beach. Just a few steps away to the side street, you will walk a block to the public beach access for Fun in the Sun. You also can bring your own golf cart or rent one and have it delivered to the home for your vacation if you chose to ride in style to the beach. After enjoying the beach all day, you can rinse all the sand off at the outdoor shower. If you dare to venture out and about along the Grand Strand, you do not have to go far because you are minutes from Barefoot Landing where you will find shopping, dining, and entertainment.
