The Space:
The Salty Pug spent the winter and spring closed for complete renovation. Summer of 2025 guests are the first to stay at the all new Salty Pug! It is a newly remodeled bayfront home that offers lovely water views, a fresh interior, and access to a community pool. The bay is nice and shallow right with a sandbar 50 feet out from the house, which is perfect for kiddos to splash and play while parents relax in chairs onshore. If you wanted to leave the property, there is a sand area near the community pool as well as a community beach. From the brand new interior to the family friendly exterior, you will want to plan your stay at The Salty Pug this year!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The outdoor shower at the property is not functional.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
