Interactive property with many wonders to discover. Games galore, kayaks, standup paddle boards, snorkel gear and beach umbrellas should you decide to spend some time by the Sea, and even a Pac Man arcade machine.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower and full vanity. Two of the rooms each have a king-size bed, the other has two queens. So sleeping 8 is pretty simple. All Bedroom have a SmartTV that streams Netflix and other apps with your own login.
The 4th bedroom is a bunk room that has twin bunk beds with a half bath just outside the room.
The Media room is equipped with streamig of Netflix, AppleTV, Prime, Chromecast, etc. as well as Blu-Ray and movies galore, this room gives a whole new meaning to the term ‘TV Room.’ The screen is a 10-foot gem with an HD-resolution. Full description is provided for its operation. (The language is simple and the operation’s a cinch!) This room has couches in addition to the twin beds, and a table that can be used to serve meals to all.
The Casa living revolves around the outside.
Sitting in the living room, you can see the beautiful Sea of Cortez and your very own beach. The large pool and Jacuzzi spa are available if you choose to stay “at home.”
The Mosaic Patio between the bedroom quarters and the kitchen/Media room/living areas is pretty incredible! Covered with rustic Palo de Arco.
Across the Mosaic Patio is the Kitchen and next to it is the stairway to the roof. This will provide you with a complete panorama view of the mountains and Sea. You can begin the day with a view of the sunrise and end it with a sunset over the mountains.
The kitchen is well-appointed to serve snacks or gourmet meals. The juicer, food processor and blender are plugged in and ready to go. We have two refrigerators for you to store supplies.
The kitchen also has a flat screen mounted on the wall, enabling it to be rotated or tilted so that all sitting in the living room, or the kitchen can see it. There’s also an APPLE-TV in the kitchen as there is in the Master Bedroom. Google Home gives you access to your Spotify or Pandora on the outside speakers.
The office is adjacent to the kitchen and houses modem, wifi extender and a variety of electronic gear. In addition, our printer-copier is located there and is for your use.
If you prefer, you can plug your computer into one of the Ethernet cables in every room.
The onsite Chapel for those who want to get away for a few minutes, to meditate or to have a massage. Onsite massage table available so that a local massage therapist can come out for relaxing massages. The casa has been designed to satisfy the body and soothe the soul, so you don’t have to do anything in the Chapel but sit. Many of our guests use the Chapel for meditation or for private Yoga practice.
For snorkeling, all you need to do is open the front gate and walk to the water. We’ve got some of the best snorkeling in the Sea.
