Private and quiet location less than a mile from the historical Cape Charles. With quick access to the Chesapeake Bay, a boat slip is available for vessels up to 17'. The spacious backyard has a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards, a putting green and a covered porch. Enjoy the scenery from inside the large open kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling windows. Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area & RO water dispenser. The house has a water filtration system (fridge dispenser and ice maker have RO water) and a whole house automatic generator. Linens, toilet paper, hand soap, beach chairs and towels are provided. The community swimming pool is within walking distance. Note that the hot tub has been removed and replaced with the putting green. While we value your privacy there is a security camera on the front of house only and is not monitored unless necessary. The POA requires that all rentals sign an agreement regarding the use of common areas. Please sign and return upon booking. If you plan to use the boat slip or trailer your boat to the house, please let us know so that we can inform the dockmaster.
