Summary: Staff was rude and the rooms were big but not clean. We had to have them vome and mop the floor because our feet were black on the bottom when walking around the inside. At one point they locked us out of our room bc there was a misunderstanding about a room charge. Worked it out but it was poor customer service. There was a large pile of per and poop right on the pool edge from a giant iguana that roams around.
