Our lovely two bedroom town house is located in the prime location of Chorlton in Manchester. With great transport links to the city centre (only 3 minutes from the closest bus stop and 15 minutes from the closest tram stop) and restaurants and bars just a short walk away. it's the perfect base for all travellers. Featuring a cosy living room, a modern kitchen and dining room, and 2 beautiful bedrooms, the space can accommodate 5 guests! Complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletry! The Space: Welcome to my home! My lovely home is a two bedroom house that has a stylish open planned kitchen/ diner with a high tech fridge/freeze and other appliances, along with a comfortable living room, ideal for entertaining. The house has two large, beautifully presented double bedrooms on the second floor, which are complete with fresh, hotel quality linen and stylish decor. There is a single bed available for use as well on the second floor - box room. The stunning bathroom includes a deep bath tub with a shower, also with beautiful tile work. With some of Manchester’s best loved bars / restaurants / shops, theatre and nightlife on your doorstep, this house is superbly located for both work & pleasure. Guest Access: You will have access to my entire home during your stay. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Popular bustling, leafy Chorlton boasts a wealth of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants both in and around Chorlton centre and along Beech Road. - Unicorn, vegan supermarket (2min walk to Manchester Rd) - Henry C, cocktail bar (One of the best in Manchester) - The Oystercatcher (Seafood) - Beech Road, must spend a day here. Walk down to Chorlton water park. By night, visitors come from across the city to socialise in the suburb's bustling bars. Perfect for a weekend base whilst attending an event in the city centre, Manchester United and Manchester City football stadiums and Old Trafford cricket ground are only a 10 minute taxi ride away. Getting Around: Chorlton is very well connected within minutes of the motorway network by car, with numerous bus and tram routes to Manchester centre, Trafford centre, Stadiums, Media city and the Airport. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys/fobs/permits (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, If you do so, please note we are not responsible for collection or lost.
