Entry & First Level: Enter through the convenient carport to the elevated first floor. This level features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Owner's Suite offers a Queen bed, TV, dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a private bayfront balcony. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for guests with a Pyramid bunk bed (Full on bottom). A shared hallway bathroom and laundry area with a washer/dryer are also located on this level.
Second Level: The heart of the home boasts an open and airy living room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) make meal prep a breeze. Step out onto the spacious deck to enjoy panoramic northern views overlooking the bay and South Bethany Beach.
Third Level: The top floor features a bright, open-concept loft area, providing a versatile space for lounging or additional retreat space away from the main living area.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
