This estate offers two custom-built, luxury homes boasting with water views that overlook the Potomac & Chesapeake Bay.
Come enjoy our new custom dock, take out the 2 kayaks and navigate through the nearby creeks, or crab from the dock with the crab pots. The dock also provides a beautiful place to have a glass of wine while you watch the sunset.
The estate is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence creating a sense that you're the only one on the water while staying here.

In the Spring and Summer, enjoy warm breezes while relaxing on the stone patio overlooking the River. Warm yourself with the white marble framed fireplace in the Fall and Winter. The 3rd story or cupola offers a 360 degree view of the river, bay, creek and quiet countryside that leads up to the property.
Come spend the day relaxing in one of the lounge chairs on the patio or watch the ships sail in to a beautiful sunset. And, when it is time, fire up the gas grill and barbeque your favorite meal. Our amenities are sure to amaze, as we have included fishing poles, 2 crab pots & 2 kayaks for your use!

We have appointed the homes with your comfort in mind and continue to update and improve the home and property. We include a bottle of local wine, a few beers & sodas to get your vacation off to a great start. The kitchen is open to the living space and has quality appliances to create a gourmet meal if you decide to eat in & offers numerous utensils and many non-perishable items to enhance your cooking. We also provide our guest with a keurig, with a variety of coffee & tea.
The spacious master suite has a king size bed and access to the deck and beautiful water views. It has a large adjoining bathroom with a spacious glass enclosed rain shower for your relaxation. The downstairs bedroom has a bath in the hall and are decorated with your comfort in mind & luxurious bath towels provided.
If you're adding the guest house that sleeps 2 additional people, with a full kitchen, seating at the table for 4 people, has a 1/2 bath on the lower level & ample seating overlooking the private deck & water. The second level has a full bath & a bedroom with a King size bed that also offers amazing water views, just as the main house does!
The estates private setting is an escape and a retreat that's equally so during the summer and winter months. It's a great place for a couples retreat, get-to-gethers, families or just a weekend away! Set in a quaint neighborhood, the private waterfront property sits amongst other waterfront homes, all adjacent to farmland, perfect for a morning walk or a jog. The Rivah, as us "Locals" call it, has many quaint towns to explore. There's Reedville, with many waterfront historic Victorian homes, waterfront dining and a great little ice cream shop! Other nearby towns include: Burgess, Kilmarnock, White Stone, Irvington & Lancaster Courthouse that has the Mary Ball Museum. Year-round, we have many festivals and events, that you can find by checking the local Northern Neck Directory found at many shopping locations. In all of our small towns, you will find the best offerings of local seafood, restaurants, antiquing, bargain shops and lots of history.
For guest visiting in the summer months, especially from July on, please note that Sea Nettles are prevalent in the waters in or near the bay, so swimming is not advised.
