Enjoy the solitude of being surrounded by olive groves and rolling hillsides. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes a charcoal grill for evening family barbeques and a north-facing covered lounge area that provides shade from the summer sun. The patio has a dramatic view of hundred-year-old oaks and a dramatic natural skyline and provides for wonder bird watching.
The fully equipped kitchen is open and spacious, perfect for the gourmet chef, or the family who loves to cook together while the kids, or friends watch from the open counter bar. Hardwood floors run throughout the house, with Oriental area rugs accenting the rooms. The living room has a casual oversized leather couch facing a cozy working fireplace and large screen television mounted above the mantle. The spacious dining room allows for the oversized country farm table to expand for larger gatherings, and the room opens out thru sliding doors to the covered porch for outdoor dining and grilling.
The house is approximately 2,000 square feet but has plenty of space to allow everyone to find their private spot to relax, read, nap or catch up on emails.
When not touring wineries, shopping, or dining at one of the Valley's world-class restaurants, enjoy the quiet of this wonderful house or take an afternoon stroll on our 2 ½ acres of olive orchards and wooded country property.

This is the perfect retreat for either a full summer rental or a private creative space for that short-term get-away. Wonderful for outdoor enthusiasts as there is plenty of hiking at the nearby reservoir which is surrounded by wilderness.
NOTE: While the house is located in the Napa countryside, there are neighbors nearby that guests must be considerate of. We kindly ask that our No smoking and No large parties’ policy is observed. Pets are considered with an additional deposit.
