It's approximately 0.6 of a mile to the nearest beach access and 0.4 of a mile to the Bay Drive multi use path where you can walk or bike with views of the sound! The movie theater is a quick 3 minute drive and the Wright Brothers National Memorial is approximately a 5 minute drive away! The property offers four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins) and two of those are primary bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with full bathrooms! The third bathroom is located in the hallway on the second floor. The living space is open concept with enough seating for the whole family! There's plenty of space under the home for relaxing or you can soak up the sun on the spacious deck! There's enough parking for up to 5 vehicles (4 in the driveway and 1 under the home). Out back, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fully fenced in backyard! NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
