HallPowell's retreat is a newly renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath luxury townhouse with high end appliances and furnishings located only 1 mile from all the action that Rehoboth has to offer. This home boasts a king bed in the master suite with en suite bath and walk in closet and two other bedrooms with queen beds. There is a hall bath upstairs to share among the other two bedrooms. For your convenience there is a brand new washer and dryer and luggage racks in all of the bedrooms to keep your suit cases off the floor.

The main level of the home contains a half bath in the entry, brand new flooring throughout and new kitchen appliances. What more could you ask for in your home away from home! Down furnishings are in the living area to make sure you are extra comfortable. There is also a large sunroom off the back of the property boasting individual seating so everyone has their own space. The sunroom overlooks a beautiful water feature and a small patio with a grill to use at your convenience.

Summary: The property was reasonably described in the listing. On the positive, the townhome is a 10-12 minute drive from the beach and it comes with a Rehoboth Beach pass which makes things quite easy for parking. It also comes with a pool pass and there are two pools nearby, which we enjoyed. The place was clean. However, there were a number of things that needed repair, including a shade down that made one room hard to sleep in, a towel rack pulled out of the wall, and a few other things. Also, the townhome is not well equipped for even simple cooking: no colander for pasta, no vegetable peeler, no whisk for eggs. Scott was a very good communicator, and that helped. As some reviews mentioned, you are a 3-minute walk from Big Fish Grill and Market. Great for either dining in or take-out food. Being right by Coastal Highway has its pluses and minuses.
