Summary: No shops nearby, just a coffee drive thru. Very well posted "No Pets" - I left my Coutour neck pillow and called after we left & realized when we got home. (3hrs away) and the gal said I'll go check & call you right back - that 1as 11am today and it's now 6:30pm and still no call - So, I gave up and ordered a new one... a little frustrating, as I would have gladly paid the shipping to send it to me.
