Our home in Margate is your perfect vacation getaway!
2023 Updates!! New vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire downstairs - entryway, living room, dining room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. New carpeting in the entryway and up both sets of stairs. Updated electric work, including new additional outlets. Railings added to both the front entry and back deck steps. New fencing in the backyard, inclusive of a new gate.
The fully furnished home features 6 bedrooms totaling 9 beds, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, enclosed porch, and deck. The enclosed porch is a wonderful place to sit and hang out with friends, especially after dark.
Amenities include laundry in the home, WiFi, basic cable, fire TV, access to grill, a four car driveway, and window unit air conditioning in all bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. Eight beach badges will be provided, and you will have access to all of our beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, beach towels etc. Linens are bring your own. There will also be linens in the closets if you prefer to use them and wash them at the end of your stay.
The home is a short walk away from both the beach and the bay. It is situated on a quiet street of Margate, just 3 blocks from the beach and Ventnor boardwalk. On your walk to the beach, you will go through the historic Marvin Gardens. Other walkable sites near by include Starbucks, Hot Bagels, Gino's Pizza, Hannah G's, The Downbeach Deli, and much more. In addition, the Ocean City Boardwalk and Atlantic City Outlets and Casinos are both short car rides away.
