The larger town of Easton, 20 min. away, offers art galleries, golf courses, fine and casual dining, lots of shops, movies, and live entertainment at the fully restored, historic, art deco Avalon Theater. The Chesapeake Maritime Museum, gourmet/casual dining, antiquing, boutique shops, and golf are available in the nearby Victorian village of St. Michaels. You can also pamper yourself there with a spa treatment and fine dining at 'The Inn at Perry Cabin...fronting on the Miles River. ALL of this is located just 1 1/2 hrs. from Washington or Baltimore.
