This house offers 6 luxurious bedrooms all with in suite bathrooms,so all guests enjoy private relaxed retreats to end their fun packed beach vacation days . The home includes a large Island kitchen with table seating for 10 . The great room with spectacular ocean views is located adjacent to the kitchen and has a sectional seating for all the family and friends. There is a 70 inch smart TV over the fireplace . The Great Room 8 foot sliding doors open onto the spacious screen porch with outdoor seating and unbelievable ocean views. A spiral staircase assents up to the roof top deck with ocean views of the ships and boats coming into and out of the harbor.
The top floor has the owner’s suite with king size canopy bed, walk-in closet , and an alcove with seating for morning coffee overlooking the ocean. The master bath has double sinks ,a walk in marble shower ,and an oversized soaking tub. The other top floor bedroom suite has two twin beds with marble shower/tub.
The formal dining room with seating for 8 has a balcony for pre-diner cocktails with ocean views . There is a pass through cabinet from the kitchen to serve buffet style meals .
The second floor has 4 additional in-suite bedrooms all with private marble bathrooms . Three of the bedrooms have queen beds with walk in closets , the fourth bedrooms suite has two twin beds. One of the suites has a steam shower for extra pampering during your vacation. There is a large media room on the second follow with a 70 inch smart TV and bar with ice maker and beverage refrigerator. This room opens onto the pool very spacious pool deck with 6 chaise lounges, additional seating ,plus an outdoor dining area for 8 . The elevated salt water pool and spa overlook the beach and ocean.
The grounds are professional landscaped and night time lite and the pool deck stairs lead to the beach path with the sand beach just a few steps away . There is a storage area at the bottom of the pool deck stairs with 8 beach chairs . The home also has two outdoor showers with teak seating. A 3 car garage is located on the ground level .
No pets are allowed in house or on grounds .
The private club with formal and causal dining plus two -18 hole golf courses is a ten minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The beachfront informal restaurant is a 10 minute walk along the beach.
