Large 3 story beach cottage 5 blocks to beach, 4 blocks to town and park, 3 blocks to the lake and 2 blocks to the train station. 5 beach badges and locker at the South Pavilion. Spring Lake offers the largest non-commercial boardwalk in New Jersey. House has been furnished and designed with your comfort in mind for a relaxing beach getaway. House has large open living area and spacious dining room. Three bedrooms on 2nd floor and fourth bedroom on 3rd floor perfect hangout for children. The 3rd floor bedroom is NOT suitable for adults. Two full baths on 1st and 2nd floors. Sliding glass doors from kitchen to private deck area (gas grill) great for dining. Teak deck table seats 8+. Outdoor shower off deck. Corner lot offers large grass area - great for playing in quite neighborhood. Free phone, cable and wireless internet access. Off-street parking available for 2-3 cars.
