Summary: The room we were given the heat didn't work. We were given another room to resolve the issue but we had to move all of our luggage. Another disappointment was that the second room had the same number of beds but was in much better condition. The disappointment was that we should have been assigned the better room to start with. The hotel was not that full and we got in later in the day so it was obviously not going to fill up. Breakfast had a poor selection.
