Our property is on 30 acres used as a vacation rental and a wedding/event venue. We are located 20 to 30 min away from Fredericksburg, Bandera, Medina, Comfort, Kerrville and Ingram. Although we don’t have river access it is just a 5 minute drive away. The home itself is 5,000 sqft and has multi-use as it can sleep up to 30 people and or be used as an indoor venue to host a small wedding/special event. Outside the home we have the court yard with beautiful landscape and even more beautiful Texas hill country views. The courtyard is used as an outdoor venue and can hold anywhere from 50-300 guest. Pricing is different and separate for vacation rental and venue. Let us be the center point of your hill country experience.
