Floor 2 offers three king suites with ensuite bathrooms, along with a queen built-in bunks bedroom and bathroom that sleeps 8. Floor 3 includes two additional king suites and another queen built-in bunks bedroom and bathroom with a luxury queen air mattress. A queen memory foam sofa sleeper is available in the living area. Each bedroom on Floor 2 opens through French doors to a spacious wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor.

Across its three levels, the home provides multiple gathering spaces, including a main living room, a second living room with a wet bar, kitchenette, ice machine, and flatscreen smart TV, and various bar areas. A private elevator connects all floors, offering easy movement throughout the home.
