Guest Access:
When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. We are only one hour away from the Reno/Tahoe airport.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over holidays. 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.
Weather conditions and acts of nature that may disrupt or effect your stay such as, but not limited to, rain/snow storms, smoky skies due to forest fires, excessive heat waves, low water or lake/stream levels as a result of drought and/or lack of winter snow fall is of no fault of Agent or Property ownerwhich is out of our control.There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical or electrical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds.
Please understand that visiting natural forest mountain environments in the Eastern Sierras of Californiaare beautiful...but can be unpredictable.
