Set in an elevated position overlooking the coast and nearby islands, this spacious villa offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by green hills and nature. Step inside to four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for convenience. The first floor hosts three bedrooms: one double with private en-suite bathroom, one double and one twin sharing a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a further twin bedroom with access to a shared bathroom. All first-floor bedrooms have air conditioning, while the ground-floor bedroom is equipped with a fan.
The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes simple, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and all essential kitchenware. Just outside, a charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining area invite relaxed al fresco meals with a view. The large living room combines lounge and dining spaces and features a fireplace for cooler evenings, Wi‑Fi, TV with UK channels (such as BBC and ITV), and a pool table for laid-back entertainment at home.
Outside, the villa has a 10 5 metre swimming pool (depth 1.2–2.6 m), surrounded by sun loungers and multiple seating areas on the terrace, creating an inviting space. Pool heating is available between April and October with 48 h notice and at an additional cost, subject to suitable weather conditions. There is also ample private parking on the property.
