This beautiful villa is designed with a maximum capacity of up to 4 people. In it you will find that each room has its own bathroom and closet. The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second room has a double bed, preserving the same decorative synchronicity.

We are a small and private paradise located in the heart of the La Ropa hotel zone in Zihuatanejo.
to. 450 meters away from La Ropa beach, that is, 5 minutes walking. (in addition to the beach, you will find restaurants and beach activities)
b. 500 meters away there is an Oxxo, that is, 7 minutes walking.
c. 7 minutes driving from Downtown Zihuatanejo and 18 minutes from Ixtapa.
d. 10 minutes driving from the Bus Terminal and 20 minutes driving from the International Airport.

2. → We know that there are guests who love to talk and listen to recommendations, the Casa Tucanes team is cool, we love sharing our experiences and tips about the area.

3. → Do you like nature? At Casa Tucanes we have a pool and sun lounge surrounded by local plants and palm trees, you can probably also see birds and other local animals such as iguanas, crabs or lizards resting from a lounge chair or the pool (you, not the animals).

4. → Pet Friendly:
Casa Tucanes is a place where there is space for both nature and pets. 4 pets live on our property: three dogs (Ámbar, Camila & Kaveza) and a cat (Mía). They are rescued and adopted pets. We love our pets, and therefore, they have large gardens and areas where they can play.
We do not allow our pets to play inside the Villas or Bungalows, since they are exclusive spaces for our guests. They understand that a closed door means "no entry." If you like pets like we do, you can go out and play with them.

5. → Security:
We have security cameras at the main entrance, hallways and common areas (pool, garden and barbecue). Casa Tucanes is closed for exclusive access to registered guests (that's right, the entire property will be full of guests like you who come to vacation).

6. → Parking:
Our guests can park their vehicle for free on the side of the property. The La Ropa hotel zone is a very safe and quiet tourist neighborhood.

7. → Your stay at Casa Tucanes will be quiet and fulfilling, the entire accommodation property is ours; and you can notify us of any situation, which we will try to solve as soon as possible.

8. → Check In And Check Out

→ Check in is at 3:00 pm, if you will arrive in Zihuatanejo earlier, let me know and if you want an early check in, contact me 24 hours in advance to see the possibility and the additional cost. (Subject to availability).

→ Enter late? Don't worry, we have your back, just let me know, we will easily coordinate for your registration.

→ Check out is at 11:00 am, do you want to explore Zihuatanejo afterwards without carrying suitcases? We can help you store your luggage in the meantime (no valuables), just let me know in advance so I know how to proceed.

→ Pool And Sunlight: Located on the first floor for easy access, this paradise has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests; where it is possible to rest in the sun or in the shade in the sunbathing area.

→ Garden And Grill Area: The accommodation includes large garden spaces where you can do different activities such as yoga, meditation or tanning. Additionally, it has seating areas and a grill where you can spend the day with a family barbecue, enjoy pleasant sunsets with friends, or perhaps share a wonderful glass of wine with your partner.

Regulations of Casa Tucanes Villas & Bungalows:

- Pet Accommodation is Required Advance Notice to share policies and rules. → A security deposit of $1,500 pesos in cash will be requested upon arrival (to guarantee good use and care of our facilities), which will be returned upon departure. → We only accept one or a maximum of two mini or small pets in this Villa. (Our space is Not equipped to accommodate large breeds, please ask for the Bungalow where they can be accommodated.)

- Parties Or Events With Loud Music Are Prohibited Without Exception.

- Visits of any kind are not allowed. We are a lodging place that provides service exclusively to guests who book with us.

Common Areas: Pool, Garden And Grill.

1. The hours of the pool and sunbathing area, garden and grill are from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
2. Music in the pool area will be allowed Only at a moderate volume.
3. For hygiene reasons, it is Strictly Prohibited to consume food within the pool area.
4. Please leave the table you used on the terrace clean, free of food, garbage, personal items, etc.
5. It is not allowed to bring bottles, glasses or glass objects to the pool and/or sunbathing area and lounge chairs.
6. Entry to the pool is only permitted with a swimsuit, entry with cotton clothing is not permitted.

Check-In And Check-Out

1. Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
2. If you wish to stay beyond 11:00am ask the host for our half-day rates. (Subject to availability).
3. A copy of an official identification (Ine or Similar) will be taken during check-in.

Cleaning And Laundry

1. In short stay reservations.
→ Complimentary daily cleaning included. (This will include making beds, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and cleaning kitchen counters, it will not include washing dishes or stoves.)
→ Bath towels and bed linen (sheets, bedspreads and pillowcases) will be changed every third day.
→ Towels are for bathroom use only. It is not allowed to take bath towels to the beach or pool.

2. In long-stay reservations (3 weeks or more):
→ Only two courtesy cleanings are granted per week of stay.
→ Bath towels and bed linen (sheets, bedspreads and pillowcases) will be changed once a week.

Extra Services:

1. Additional cleanings have an additional cost. The rate per day will be $400 pesos. (2023 Rates)

2. If you require extra towels, a change of towels or bed linen before completing the aforementioned period, request it from the host, this has an additional cost.

3. Forgot your beach towel? We have beach kit rental: beach and/or pool towels, umbrellas and chairs at an additional cost, request it from the host.

4. Dirty clothes? We have a home laundry service with an additional cost per kilo, request it from the host.

5. If for any reason you lose your keys, the replacement cost is $650 pesos. Let me know and I'll tell you how to proceed.
