Beautiful valley views as you enter this newly renovated 3 story, open concept home with plenty of room for gatherings, entertaining, and backyard space! The balcony is perfect for dinner entertaining, roasting s'mores on the fire pit, and watching the sunset. Downstairs is game central with a big screen TV, ping pong, basketball arcade, library, and backyard access. Upstairs has additional twin beds, bean bag chairs, TV, and foosball. Close proximity to Roxy Ann Peak and Prescott Park for hiking. Located in the heart of Southern Oregon, this vacation rental provides access to world-class fishing, hiking, and rafting. Centrally located for all your So. Oregon outdoor adventures!

Kitchen/Dining
You are welcome to cook at the house. Pots and pans are available and there is a dining table inside that fits 8 people and well as a table outside that fits 6. Grill is located on the back porch for cook-outs!
3 bedrooms on Main Floor:
There is a large master bedroom with a King bed on the main floor and large empty closet, en suite full bathroom
A guest bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, dresser, and empty closet.
Another guest bedroom on the main floor with a twin over full bunkbed, dresser, and an empty closet.
2 Twin Beds Upstairs:
Upstairs is accessed through the Laundry Room. There is a seperate AC unit that needs to manually be turned off when not in use.
2 bedrooms Downstairs:
A guest room with 2 Twin beds, dresser, closet space. There is an additional twin mattress in the closet if needed.
Another guest room with a Full bed, dresser, and closet space.
1-2 additional people can sleep on the couch downstairs if needed, no closet.
- NOTE: While the property features 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor, stairs are required to reach the 2nd-floor and downstairs bedrooms
Bathroom:
On the main floor there is a bathroom with a shower between the two guest bedrooms. The master bathroom on the main floor is the only bathroom with a bathtub. Downstairs there is a full bathroom with a shower.
Washer/Dryer
There is a stacked washer/dryer on the main floor for guest use.
