The sunrise cottage, has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living area and kitchenette. The Sunrise Cottage is perched right on the edge of sand bar with an amazing private deck and a few yards from the most beautiful beach on the Island. The Sunset Cottage has the same two bedroom, two bath, living and kitchenette layout as well. It is right on the edge of the ocean facing west towards Sugar Beach. A few palm trees are the only thing between this cottage and the protected Lagoon cove. The three buildings and the oceanfront pool are all connected by paths which are close together yet unparalleled privacy. The entire property is comprised of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a three sided glass great room, state of the art kitchen on the nicest lot in Exuma. The protected cove makes a perfect spot for anchoring a boat as even in strong winds, that area is always calm.
