To help ensure your time is enjoyed the house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cruiser bicycles, corn hole, ping pong table, and plenty of board games and books. Guests can enjoy the private community pool which overlooks the Currituck Sound, tennis (for a fee), sound boat access and more. An extra-large cart is included making trips to the beach a breeze.
After the day of fun in the sun, it's time to relax in the sauna, or Jacuzzi to revitalize you from the day's activities. There will be no arguments over bedrooms with three primary suites with private bathrooms. Bathrooms have marble tile flooring, tiled showers, glass enclosures and rain shower heads. The 4th bath has a tub with tile to the ceiling. Hotel quality sheets and large towels are provided. All you need to bring is your clothes and toothbrushes. Even the beds are made prior to your arrival. For the fisherman in the family, there is a fish cleaning table with sink to prepare the day's catch. For the chefs there is a fully stocked kitchen. Extra food and beverages, no problem, the house comes with 2 refrigerators.
Duck Diamond has a 65" Samsung Smart LED 4K Ultra High-Definition TV with Bose sound system featuring Bluetooth connectivity & two 42" LCD's with HD cable for your entertainment pleasures. The 50" Samsung HDTV in the bunk bedroom is connected to the WiFi and a PlayStation 4 gaming system. Hammock on the lower deck to simply read a book or getaway and take an afternoon nap. Top floor has as a screened in porch with ample seating.
