You enter the house through a large utility room designed with outdoor living in mind. There’s ample space for coats, walking gear, muddy boots, and dog , along with a washer dryer and fridge freezer—ideal after a long day on the hills.
From here, you step into the spacious kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for group stays. The kitchen includes a Rangemaster oven, dishwasher, second fridge, and everything needed to cater for everyone. The dining table seats nine comfortably, perfect for shared meals after a day outdoors. At the back of the dining area is a cosy snug with a log burner, offering a peaceful spot to relax with a book or unwind in the evening.
Also on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and a comfortable double bedroom (accessed via two steps down). This room includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers and works well for guests who prefer to be on a lower level.
The main lounge is warm and welcoming, featuring a log burner, comfortable seating, a table football game, and a dartboard—great for family time or relaxed evenings together. Two sets of patio doors open directly onto the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living.
The staircase splits into two. One set of stairs from the hallway leads to a single bedroom and a double bedroom, both with wardrobes and chest of drawers. The second staircase, accessed from the dining area, leads to two further bedrooms. Both are doubles, with one able to be set up as either a superking or a twin room.
