THE SPACE
A wonderful loft building with a modern design and lots of natural light. The building spans 2400 sqft, and consists of 4Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom... it begins on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. Once inside and up to the 2nd floor, it is a single level Loft. The custom designed interior has been detailed for every comfort. It is an amazing place capable of sleeping 13 (5x queen beds - 1x fold out couch (double) - 1x sofa futon (twin) - 1x sleeper chair futon (children's twin), If traveling with children, we provide a Pack N Play to make things easier (Baby sheets not included). Our kitchen space is generously equipped to help you rest easy and relax after a long day on the city. Towels/linens/soaps/paper products and many other essentials included!
Located in downtown Philadelphia (University City), the location can't be beat as you're just short walk to tourist and business attractions (University of Penn, Drexel University, University of Penn Hospital, 30th Street Station, Franklin Field, Center City, ETC! ). There's always something going on as festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may want are close by. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood street with adequate free parking directly out the front door and on the surrounding streets. This place is a real gem!
