1 facing the pool area - the exterior camera facing the pool is ONLY TO MONITOR THE WATER LEVEL. Low water levels can burn up the filter pump. We can add water remotely as needed via a automated water spigot. DO NOT REMOVE HOSE FROM POOL

Noise detectors DO NOT RECORD AUDIO - one is inside the home and one is on the back patio
If you’d like the pool and hot tub to be heated, we must be notified 24 hours after you book. Pool heating not offered in the summer. $100 per night, which includes the spa, 3 day mininum. Spa heating and jets is $50 per night, no mininum night required. Heating must be for all nights.
Pool & Spa Freeze Protection: Our pool system has built-in freeze protection and will automatically enter freeze-protection (safe) mode during hard freezes to prevent severe damage. When active, pool/spa heating will be limited or temporarily unavailable and cannot be overridden.
Refunds: If you paid for pool/spa heating and freeze mode impacts heating, we will refund the affected night(s) (or any paid heating nights impacted). For further assistance, please contact Support.
Pool: Do not remove the hose or tamper with pool valves/system. Pool is cleaned every Wednesday. (may change due to weather, holidays, or scheduling). Contact us if water is low. A pool net is available to use to remove debris, like leaves and grass in between cleans.
Lawn Care: Mowed weekly on Tuesdays (may change due to weather, holidays, or scheduling).
Pets are prohibited from swimming in pool to help avoid sanitation and filter pump issues. Pet fee is $75 per pet, non-refundable, 2 pet max.
Unless it is an emergency, any handyman or maintenance requests made after 7:00 PM will be addressed the following day.
Please note that furnishings, decor, and entertainment items could be moved around within the home. We don’t issue refunds for these things as the items are still available for you to use.
“Crib” on listing is a pack n play travel crib and is free of charge.
Waffle station contains waffle maker and syrup.
Garage converted to small home gym and not available for parking.
Insects & Bugs
Our home/condo receives quarterly professional pest control service. While it is uncommon, you may occasionally see insects or bugs in and around the condo, as with any home, venue, or establishment. If this happens, let us know, since we can usually have pest control out the same day or the following day to address the issue. Please note that refunds will not be issued for sightings of insects or bugs.
Patio, Pool & Grill Disclaimer
Please note that no refunds will be issued for outdoor patio, pool, or grill conditions. These areas are outdoors and naturally exposed to insects, bugs, and weather elements beyond our control. While our cleaner touches up the patio after each stay, she does not have time to clean the entire backyard or the grill after every guest. Guests should expect a normal outdoor environment and conditions when using the patio, pool, and grill.
Guests are responsible for doing their part to maintain the space. This includes:
-Returning all furniture and items to their original condition and placement
-Properly disposing of all trash in designated bins
-Discarding and putting away all pool toys after use
-Fully cleaning the grill after each use
