It has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed (mezzanine), a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, very well ventilated, a spacious bathroom, laundry room, shared backyard, parking, and a street with solar lighting. Well located, close to a gas station, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, beaches, and 50 meters from the Barra da Lagoa canal (a captivating place) and 100 meters from Lagoa da Conceição (wonderful). The space: The interior space is 100 square meters, with a backyard featuring a post-beach shower. We rent stand-up paddleboards, bikes, and surfboards for guests. It's close to beaches, the lagoon, and general commerce. Guest access: House, backyard, and post-beach shower.
